"It was a very positive experience (as it always is with Dockery's!).  Grant and Jamie arrived on time first thing in the morning and went right to work.  Glad I didn't try to do this myself, because the ceiling was "creatively" wired, and they had to determine correct method to attach the wires so they would work from the wall switch. <br> <br>First fan went up and worked without problem.  Second fan was wobbly, and there were no balancing weights with these fans (they were marked down items from Lowe's for Memorial Day sale).  I asked the guys to take the wobbly fan apart and I would take it back and exchange it and reschedule another visit.  I figured I would be looking at wires protruding from the ceiling until we could reschedule.  I was wrong.  After I exchanged the fan, I called Dockery's and asked Teresa about rescheduling.  She called the guys right then and they said they would go ahead and come back after lunch.  Same day!  They arrived just a short time after I returned from Lowe's, installed the second fan in minutes.  YAY!  No wobble. <br> <br>I highly recommend Dockery's to anyone.  They have worked on my plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system for the last 4 years.  Buying a foreclosure on auction can bring many surprises, and this house is no exception.  Dockery's has always been there on time, completed quality work in a professional manner, and cleaned up before they left.  Their prices are slightly higher, but not enough to make me want to look elsewhere."

But not the amount that they said. "I had three tires that desperately needed replaced or were going to blow out and one tire that was "ok," I went in to get four tires for my Chrysler 300 (which means pretty large tires for a car). I also wanted to check into getting a new rim for the tire that was"ok" since I didn't have any type of spare. They had the best price of anyone I could find (at $40.00 a tire) and when I went in they immediately greeted me and someone set out to help me. "Tino" went and found four matching tires, they weren't the exact size I had but they patiently went over the good and bad points of replacing the tires with one size smaller. While I waited on them I sat in the office and chatted with the owner and his wife. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel really comfortable. As a girl I often get taken advantage of on any type of auto work but they made sure I felt like I was treated fairly and just like any "knowledgeable guy." They didn't have a spare rim for me but instead they sold me an extra tire and gave me the rim for free! Unfortunately they don't do tire alignments but they worked with me to get me a fair price on an alignment at another shop.
