"I took up engineered wood flooring with mold. My walls, removed baseboards areas, and air, all test positive with viable mold tests. There was no way I could install my new floor without the help of Pure Maintenance of Orange County. I highly recommend this professional company on many fronts. This pure maintenance technology beats wet fogging hands down! Do your own research. My independent lab air test at the end of the job came back, zero mold on all the different species tested. This 2 step processed, coating everything in such a way that any outdoor mold or left over construction dust under my baseboards is coated so mold can't regrow. This company was so professional and accommodating to my construction mishaps, it was truly a pleasure to have found this company. BTW: I took the time to check out the other person's rating story and found it unreliable and made my decision to use this company. Thank God. I now know, how honest, and thorough, and knowledgeable of the mold industry, Lange who did the job, was. I can't express the level of relief I free because I know my home is mold free to move back into and live my life. Thank you Lange!"

"We discovered we had mold in our home after we had a leak. Matt and his team tested our home for mold, then we completed the dry fog remediation treatment. They gave me post tests to show the mold has all been killed. They were very thorough everything went just as planned. Excellent job, I am very impressed!"

"The tester was well versed in this area even showing the areas that were high in moisture. Very friendly and informative as well as professional. Made me comfortable with the experience she had. When the owner and maintenance worker failed she made me comfortable. Fae who had the credentials as well experience explained everything in detail. Definitely use Fae!!!"

"Matt is easy to work with and did a great job for us. Great customer service. Would recommend 😀"

"Noah scheduled an estimator to come to my house 30 minutes after my phone call. Moises came and gave me a reasonable price. He was prompt and courteous. The next day Hiram and Orge came to do the work. They were prompt and friendly. They did an excellent job removing the mold. Brian called me to keep me appraised of what they did and how long they will be leaving the dehumidifier and other drying equipment in the garage. This company is prompt, professional, and courteous and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again."

"Ongoing water intrusion from our windows over the years led to mold issues throughout several rooms in the house. After bringing out three different companies to evaluate the situation, Steven and the team at Nexgen Property Restoration stood out right away. They were fair on pricing and offered a non insurance discount since we chose to handle everything out of pocket. With multiple areas needing to be opened up, that savings really helped. The remediation process was handled professionally from start to finish and the quality of work gave us the confidence to move forward with them for reconstruction as well. Having one company manage everything made the process a lot easier. The final result came out great and their warranty gives us peace of mind moving forward. Definitely recommend Nexgen if you?re dealing with paying out of pocket"

"SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A"

"I recently hired Home Restoration to remove some mold in my bathroom. I have a small child so I was extremely concerned about mold spreading to other areas. I called home restoration and they came out the same day. All I can say is I could not be more pleased with this company. From start to finish Gabe and diego was professional, and knowledgeable about mold removal. The mold is completely gone and my bathroom is on its way to getting repaired now."

"We have had Jacob and JDB Design Build do several projects for us at our house. He has remodeled our kitchen, added an addition, put new floors in, and upgraded our laundry room/bathroom. He has never let us down, he is honest and hard working and I appreciate his work ethic and his attitude which carries over to his workers as well."
