I had to order the faucet, so he came back in a few days to install the the new faucet. He was very nice and attentive to what I told him. He came when he said he would. I would most certainly call him again for any plumbing failures."

"The repairman was professional and did a good job. He advised me that there was some kind of a problem about 20feet down the line because his snake was stuck and he couldn't pull it back out. He also said if the pipes would have to be worked on it would probably cost 3500.+ dollars. He said to let the company know our decision. The owner of the company, Zach, called me this afternoon to see what I had decided. I told him I couldn't afford to have 3500. dollars of work done now, they should come and get the snake out of the drain. At this point in the conversation he started yelling at me and telling me to go to the devil and should pray to God for a better attitude. He also said he would take me to court if I refused to pay the bill plus the cost of his snake. I told him I was going to call BBB on him, then he started yelling again about me being the devil. I will not ever do business with this company again and will not recommend them to anyone."
