"I've got Vincent Stevens repaired my PVC water line to my pool. His work was perfect and he did it so fast and perfectly. I would recommend to my friends and family and will call him If I need any more repairs on my pool, he's very knowledgeable and informative about everything. He answered all of my questions, he was the best repair person I've ever had on my pool and my pool is 25 years old."

Flashback Pools offers a variety of pool repairs and services include leak detection and an all new "digless leak repair" option to keep from having to cause damage to pool decks and backyards.

"I found a leak in my pool's chlorinator at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon in January. I started calling around trying to find someone that could help me as the leak had been substantial enough that I needed help before Monday. First I called the company that made my pool and is still servicing its warranty. I could only reach their sales department and they said that the service department would be in Monday to call me back (with no weekend help). I called a few other companies I found on Angie's list, with Affordable Pool Care Solutions being the only one that I was able to get ahold of. Kirk was able to walk me through the problem and spent a considerable amount of time understanding what was going on, the set up of my pool and working out a tolerable solution to get things stable until he could come out and fix it Monday. He was able to fix the leak and was professional and responsive. His costs were comparable to the two other quotes I received once the other companies eventually called me back. I felt that it was almost impossible to find someone that would do any weekend emergency work on pools, especially in January, and because of his willingness to at least call me back and talk things through, I of course gave him our business, even over the pool company that built our pool. I plan to call him again as needs arise and would recommend him when asked for a pool repairman. Thanks Kirk!"

"Sean C. did an expert repair of our dramatic water leak into our garage on Saturday afternoon! He "knows his stuff" very well, and is a very congenial person with whom to work. We would definitely call on Sean at your company, if he is available again. Thank You for his wonderful service."

"It went well. I am now able to get ice. I answered yes to was money paid or were services performed. The answer isYES the services were performed but NO to money paid."

"It was good.  They came probably couple of days after I purchased the big deal.  The price was more than the big deal of $29.  The big deal was juts for a visit or service call.  But they gave me a 10% discount on the removal and installation of the toilet.  I don’t know what the standard price is for installing a toilet but they did a good job.  I have used them before too."

"Matt's assistance with my pool was outstanding. He helped me get it from green to clear in a few weeks and helped me understand my system and how to test and apply chemicals in a very easy-to-understand way. I would trust his expertise again in the future and recommend him to others."

"

This firm was responsible for installing my Jacuzzi walk-in tub 16 months ago (which they did, beautifully, efficiently, and cleanly). The hot-water tap on the tub began to malfunction, and Community Builders brought new hardware and installed it with no fuss or delay.

My tub works perfectly, and since there is a 10-year-warranty, the service/repair call cost me nothing.

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
