After a little scheduling back and forth, Noel showed up at the appointment time as agreed. I walked him through my two situations and he went to his diagnosis and gave me an accurate estimate of my additional cost above the $89 Angie's list for $200 worth of service.

I had purchased some repair parts that ended up not being exactly what was required. Noel went to a local plumbing supply and did not charge me excessively for the parts.

I checked the work and was offered the parts that were replaced.

"Michael was great.  One of the new fans was defective and he offered to return it to Home Depot as I had other repair men coming to the home that day.  I did pay him for the extra time (very little).  He was on time and he did return the following week to do other electronic repairs.   Very nice man that you can trust and does not charge an arm and a leg.  He is my new electrician from now on.
I have this fan in the family room and it was too low.  He is the only person that said that he could raise by removing the shaft... Very pleased.
