"These guys were great! They gave us the best quote for our siding, and even drive to OH to pick it up from the warehouse so they could start asap. That's above and beyond. They repaired all the rotten wood and there was no detail missed. We work from home, so we got to see these guys work. I don't think I ever saw them take a break besides a quick lunch. We already have plans to hire them for several projects in the near future."

"We are extremely satisfied with the work Community Construction performed for us. We initially hired Community Construction to replace wood siding on our home with split shake vinyl siding. They were very helpful in the process of selecting the replacement siding product, giving us presentations on several products that were available. Their pricing was very competitive and the product we ended up selecting was perfect. Halfway through the project a violent storm rolled through the area, uprooting a large tree which fell on our house. Community Construction picked up the ball and ran with it, lining up a contractor to remove the tree off the house when it was almost impossible to get a tree contractor to do the work because of the extensive storm damage in the area. They were also very experienced in working with insurance companies to insure that we got the maximum compensation from our coverage. I don't know what we would have done without their assistance in navigating the insurance process. Community Construction coordinated and performed all of the repairs from the storm damage including replacing the entire roof on the house and garage. I would highly recommend them and will definately use them for future projects. Their workmanship is professional and their pricing is competitive."

Called 2 other companies to come out and quote the project Bradfield preferred windows (Richard Building Supply) were the best out of the bunch and his pricing was very competitive with the other 2 more inferior windows. There was actually a 2 year gap between the initial quote and the project due to a family death, but when I reached out to Bradfield, within a day the original quote was sent and the process started up again. The entire process from new quote to install took less than 2 months and the main cause of the delay was the wonderful Michigan weather May and June brought. I would absolutely recommend this company for windows, and when other projects arise with the house, they will be the first and most likely only company I call."

"I found them on Angie's List and a friend referred them to me, too. They came quickly and on time. We liked it all pretty well. They came and looked at the job and saw what the problems were. They told us what they would do and gave us the price. We decided to go with that. The only negative thing was that after they were done (it took about 3 hours), we asked them about a particular part of the work which was in the contract. There was a shingle with a hole in it and they said they didn't know about it. Somewhere there was a break in the communication between the guys who did the inspection and the guys who did the work. It was on the worksheet but they must not have read it or something. I told Schmidt about it and they took care of it. In fact, they found a couple of other shingles that needed to be replaced, too, so that worked out well."
