"Joey was not afraid to take on our somewhat-involved project - we needed 2 old in-wall AC units removed and to have the corresponding holes patched, but this included both interior wood paneling and wall construction as well as exterior brick/masonry. Joey partnered with his dad and they completed the work beautifully and well within the expected timeframe. Joey started by providing a detailed and comprehensive estimate, and he performed vital research as well, identifying the correct wood paneling that matched our existing walls. We enjoyed working with the Handybeard, recommended him to our neighbors, and look forward to using his services again in the future! He is already working with us on a future closet-reframing project. Thanks Joey and your dad!"

"The gentlemen were professional and courteous. The work performed was excellent and my home was cleaned and returned to the way it was prior to the project. I would highly recommend Global Home Improvement. We have several other projects that we need done and are going to have Global perform all of them."

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

"Dannie came to our home in August and gave us a verbal estimate on the job; he never gave us a written estimate which I believe could have prevented the misunderstanding about what the price included. He was not able to start the job in a timely fashion because he was involved in another job and the homeowner kept adding projects which kept pushing our job back. When Dannie started the job, he re-laminated our kitchen countertop and he did an EXCELLENT job! He also installed a new stainless steel kitchen sink which turned out to be the wrong one which had been shipped by the supplier (not his fault). This complicated the whole project and ended up increasing the price...again not his fault. Dannie was pleasant and stood behind his work but I felt that he needed to be more detail oriented. I had to call his attention to several things for him to resolve them.

"K&J maintenance (John) has completed numerous construction projects for me over the years. He tore out and installed new bath (to include- tile bath & floor, paint, install cabinets, change plumbing & added electrical outlets. He installed wooden & vertical blinds; repaired & painted walls/trim; installed ceiling fans & light fixtures; fixed & installed carpet; installed storm doors; installed curtain rods. I have used K&J over the years and is the best person for any job. He is very knowledgeable, professional and is priced very reasonable. I recommend him highly for any projects big or small. I am one very happy customer!! Get ready for my next project."

"The crew arrived as scheduled and worked quickly to clean the items in the basement, as well as the basement walls, floor, and ceiling/joists. The only minor issue was the pick-up of the air scrubbers after they had run for 3 days, but this was also finally resolved without an issue."

"It was well done and the finished product was nice. The price was affordable."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"We had numerous seam repairs in our ceilings and then I wanted all the ceilings painted.
The workman was meticulous about keeping everything as clean and dust free as possible.
All areas were shrouded in plastic sheeting and all floors were protected.
He arrived on time, and worked longer each day than I expected.
