"Mr. Appliance was very good about letting me know when they would get to my home so I did not have to wait for long periods of time.  The service man was very polite and professional and really knew about washers. He ordered the part and then came back within the two days that he promised and did a fantastic job installing the part. He cleaned up all around the washer and made sure everything was put back correctly and tight and made sure the washer was working properly.  I would definitely recommend using Mr. Appliance. Excellent service and very reasonable prices, which were all described upfront.

"The repairman was a great person but unfortunately was just mediocre in his skill set. He did not use any testing equipment, meters or electrical equipment to test the machine to see if my door switch was actually malfunctioning. Instead I believe he was going out to the truck and googling possible solutions to the issue. We both came to the conclusion based on the error code the unit was displaying that replacing the switch would solve the problem. But again it was not tested individually. I replaced the switch the next day but the unit still did not work. I eventually brought a new machine. The next day."
