Due to the huge tree roots they did not use excavating equipment as it could cause damage to the equipment and the walls of my house if the roots had embedded into the walls. They worked hard all day.Day 2: It rained - no workDay 3: Finished digging and removing roots and drain tilesDay 4: Wall repairs, draintile replacements. flushouts addedDay 5: Backfilled, poured concrete to fill hole in basement floor. Waited for inspector.April 26, 2012: Added more topsoil to area to bring up to grade level.

" Stay Dry came out right away to assess the situation and then scheduled a service call to fix the leak. Stay Dry dug outside and found a hole where the original foundation joined a foundation added for an addition.  This hole had been the source of water in our basement during hard rain storms and was not accessible from the inside without removing built-in stairs. sealed the hole with a combination of materials to make sure it wouldn't leak again.  The Stay Dry personnel were very friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a basement water problem."
