"I was given a quote over the phone after describing what happened to my garage door and answering a few questions. The time for the repair was given and the man showed up before the time quoted ready to go to work. I followed his suggestion about having 1 spring or 2 springs and opted for 2 in case 1 broke it would still allow me to raise the door with the 1 unbroken and assisted by me and the motor. The job was completed within 45 minutes and I paid the quoted price. This is the second time I've had to replace the spring(s) in the 22 years I've owned my home. I would rate this service the best. Two things I liked about this company, they didn't say they would show up between 8-11am they said I'll be there at 8am, and they didn't try to guess at a price they quoted and I paid the quoted price. Highly recommend!!!!! to all !!!!!!"
