"Jody Ramon and Brian Owens were the lead men and Justin, a supervisor, and Nick Ecker, a salesperson were active members of this team. Cody helped install the 2nd day. Each of these men were more than I could ever expect. They did their part of the process and worked personally to service us as if we were family. They dealt with every concern we had, worked steadily for 2 and 1/2 full days, and left our home in better condition than they found it. The protected our carpets and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We have had an ongoing service relationship with Airco for over 10 years. So far, every person Airco has ever sent us has really serviced us outstandingly well. However, this removal and installation was over the top!! We really are pleased. The final chapter of the process will be schedule for next Wednesday when the Airco technician and the Sand Springs code inspector makes their final visit. Be sure to note that Jody and Brian have to be 2 of your very best crew members. Chris Holmes was our service man for several years but he now is doing commercial accounts for Airco. Jerry Evans, I believe his name is, now services our HVAC on a twice a year contract we have with you. Chris and Jerry are local Sand Springs residents and have really done our work well over the time period we have used Airco. But, this week with the men mentioned above has just been super!! They did everything and more than was ever promised. So far, we are really please with this big upgrade. For us, it was an extremely major decision and it went so well, thanks to this team that came together on our project!! We are so very grateful!!"

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"From the start everyone involved was profession, friendly and helpful. They were flexible enough to install the new faucet at the time the new countertops were installed (another provider). Jill is a total professional and coordinated everything to fit my schedule. Mike and Daniel are multitalented. The wall and ceiling repairs are flawless. They worked steadily and completed all tasks beautifully. It is so great to have one provider for repairs, paint, plumbing and electrical. The quality of painting and texturing is tops. "We were first introduced to A-1 Professional via a home warranty company claim many years ago, but quickly realized that this company is a cut above anyone we've worked with in that industry. We now give them ALL of our hvac work, whether under warranty or not. We have had them do everything from simple repairs, to deep refurbs, furnace replacement and at multiple properties.They are extremely honest and their expertise is top notch. We trust them completely and they have never let us down in dozens of service events. Any complaints I have heard about this company generally involve a warranty company. Those complaints should be targeted at the warranty company/companies, not this contractor. Keep in mind that any contractor working through a home warranty company has their hands tied completely as it is generally the warranty company's goal to do the least amount possible to patch/repair a broken system. Yet, I have seen A-1 (time and time again) do the right thing and make the best of a challenging situation. I will continue to use this contractor, regardless of whether I have a warranty claim or it's on my own dime.
