"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"On Wednesday, July 11th, one of our AC units stopped working. It is very hot this time of year and we immediately notified our Home Warranty company of the problem. They told us that we would receive a call the next day. The next morning a woman called from A-1 to schedule a time for a technician to visit. We had to wait for one day following her call. For us this was not a significant issue as we have a second unit that cools the sleeping areas. The technician arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately began to diagnose our problem. He had the part he needed available and replaced the capacitor in our AC unit. He also explained to us how to clean the condensor coils so we could lower our electric bills and extend the life of the unit. Because our AC is covered under a home warranty we received when we purchased our home, the cost was only 60 dollars. Normally this repair is considerably more. Our technician was professional and personable and we would definitely call him for service again."

"During the Memorial Day holiday my air conditioning unit inside my home was leaking. We called Advanced Home Systems on Sunday and spoke with Joey and made an appointment for Monday, Memorial Day. Joey came to the house and spent over an hour doing diagnostics and working to narrow down what the problem was. I would only recommend using Advanced Home Systems if you WANT THE BEST in the business. Joey was very well organized, clean, punctual and did a great job. When it was time to settle the bill, I about fainted, it was only $138.00. TOTAL, and this included the service call, on a holiday. Joey said he was not out to make a lot of money on everyone (like all the adds you see on tv do), he just wanted to make a little money on his customers and then have repeat customers in the future.
