"Had some scheduling difficulties on my end because of work, but rescheduling was easy enough. Tech came out first thing, got right to work. Cleared the blockage. I wanted a camera down to locate my septic tank. Plumber had to go back for it, but got back in short time. Found my septic and talked me through the next steps, even though I didn’t have any major problems. Answered all my questions, will use these guys in the future."

"My washing machine was overflowing from the washer pipe. Also need a new thing in the toilet because water did not stol filling in te tank. Service man arrived a little late, but called before coming to the houe. After talking with me about the problems, he went right to work. Snaked out lint from roof vent, and then from washer pipe. Got all the lint out and made sure everything was working before finishing up. Changed out the thing in the toilet before I even saw him do it. Fast! Very nice people. I will call them again for other needs.

The H/VAC system works beautifully!!!! I have already noticed a significant drop in my electricity bills. I have since hired Airco to not only perform further electrical work, but to also do some major plumbing work involving complete replacement of old iron pipes. Again, the work was professional, on schedule, and completely solved the problem. I plan to continue to hire Airco to do any electrical/plumbing work needed in the future."

"I had explained my past experience with an auger breaking in our drain (from another plumbing company) and my fear, Brandon's Plumbing was understanding and approached the clog in our second bathroom from an access point I felt comfortable. The plumber who came out took his time and was cautious. He was able to free the clog and provided helpful recommendations to reduce clogs. (was not certain about the date of service, if it was October/November of 2017) I did refer to neighbors and they were also very pleased with Brandon's Plumbing who unclogged a drain for them as well."

It was a Sunday when I discovered that when I flushed the toilet, it leaked and a rumbling sound occurred in the shower next to it.  Further examination of the fixtures in the house indicated a drainage problem.  I called  Metro Rooter and was pleasantly pleased to be speaking to a person rather than a voice mail. I identified my problem and was  told that they would locate someone who would be speaking with me shortly. Approximately 15 minutes later, Jerry called .  He arrived in a timely manner and took care of the problem..  He was very professional and I have set up a time for him to return to do some additional work for me.   Since it was a Sunday, I did have to pay  additional fees however, I felt that the price was very reasonable..
