"I couldn't be happier! I did not know the location of my cesspool, and wanted it serviced while it had last been at least 5 years since it had been pumped. Two gentlemen arrived exactly on time, and went to work to locate the cesspool. This was truly not an easy task-- pipes appeared to go towards the back yard, however in the end were located in the front. The Foreman even entered an old accessory stairway where the pipes exit to look more closely-- had to use a small ladder to go through access way to a large crawl space over old stairs to the basement. There were no outside vents and they used a metal detector to find the tank. When they located a tank, they didn't stop there. After some investigation the foreman was convinced it was an overflow tank, and he set out then to find the main, which was eventually located a distance away under landscaping bushes. He was diligent and determined-- I truly believe some may likely have stopped at the first tank, especially while it had taken so much time and effort to find it. They then installed 2 tubes with caps for future easy access, and pumped and treated the systems. They even washed off the surrounding grass and bushes-- I never would have thought of that. The gentlemen were friendly and professional, and very hard working. The foreman even kindly educated me a bit on the system, and what one should do, what types of tanks I have, etc. In the end, they spent a good three hours at my home, applied the %10 discount from Angie's List, and I believe the final cost of the service was more than fair. Thank you! I am very happy, and would highly recommend Priority Cesspool. I will definitely have them back for continued future maintenance.

He did better than thatâ ¦.he showed up in 45 minutes, Anthony used his years of experience to analyze the situation and come up with a plan. He pulled out â The Snake you Can Trustâ (catchy isn't it) and attacked the problem from several angles with a multitude of devices...(really only two devices). At the end of the day it turns out the problem was in the main line not the bathroom in the lower part of the house. As an added service Anthony snaked out the lower level as well. What a GUY!!! "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"I am so grateful that we had Ackeno and his team repipe our home! He is kind, amazingly communicative, and very accommodating. He could tell that we were struggling financially after purchasing our house, and he did everything he could to work with our budget, all while doing an A+ job. Originally I had posted a request on Angi’s for a main line replacement because I had already scheduled another company to repipe the interior. Ackeno reached out to me within minutes and said we might not need to repipe the main just yet and that if we wanted, he could give us another quote for the interior repiping. He was at my house within an hour to take a look at the situation and told me he could repipe the place in copper for the same price the other company was going to charge me for pex and he would be able to finish the job by the end of the weekend. He also pointed out some huge problems in our house (it was built in 1926 so you can only imagine) that the other plumbers did not catch. He also mentioned that there was no need to bust open the walls like the other plumber was going to do which was a huge relief. I thought the deposit was a little bit large so I was worried at first, but he got me on the schedule within a day and was extremely communicative. This first visit was on Monday. Ackeno arrived at our house by 9am that Wednesday and stayed here to do the job thoroughly until almost 10pm. The house had a lot of surprises along the way but he was determined to get through them so that we can use our water again. The repiping was a work of art - he swapped out all of our galvanized steel for copper, replaced the leaking cast iron that had probably been there for 100 years, cleared all of our aerators, installed a whole-house water filter, a boiler auto feeder, and a boiler switch valve (both of which were missing), and left the house cleaner than it was when he started. When he turned the main valve back on, the pressure couldn’t get back to where it was before which he said happens often if the main is the problem. He had some more work to finish up so he came back the next day to finish everything up. At the end of the job, our pressure was still abysmal because of the ancient main line. He gave me advice on how to talk to the city about it, but unfortunately they were unable to help. Seeing that I was defeated (and he probably was probably disappointed that all of the work he did, which had to be done anyway, did not resolve our pressure issue), so he called back me up that night saying he could he change the main valve which was under concrete to see if that would help. Sure enough it did and given how corroded that galvanized valve was, I don’t know how any water ever got through to the house. While I know I still need to replace the main eventually, I can at least relax for now and allow my funds to recover before jumping into more repairs. The job, which expanded beyond the initial scope, was completed by Friday afternoon. Every other company we spoke to was telling us they would not be able to start until at least another week and given we had pressure from our insurance to complete the job, this was a huge relief. I can now relax and enjoy my weekend. I cannot thank Ackeno enough for everything he did and for his patience with me (I asked a million questions). He taught us so much about our home and saved us so much stress and money. I can go on and on about how great he is, but you should just hire him and find out yourself."

"Guy and his team, including foreman Al Hayes, were extremely good, the best contractor we have ever worked with. They came immediately, did an excellent job in a very complex cleaning job of a sewer backup in a basement filled with stuff. They did so efficiently, with complete consideration for us and for helping us sort what to keep and not. They removed truckloads of stuff. They left us with a remarkably clean basement with no residue from the back-up and fully sanitized. Their whole crew was courteous, pleasant, respectful and very careful of all our things. Guy was always part of the process and always immediately responsive to calls and questions. He went above and beyond, taking time to advise us on a variety of house issues, which was very helpful. They later came back and cleaned the attic, which had been filled with black dust from a roof installation, again as well as before. Al also repaired some tile work for us in his spare time at a very reasonable price. I believe the pricing for all of this was quite reasonable for the very fine work performed. I cannot recommend them more highly."
