"They came on time. They were understanding. They were efficient. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing what they were doing. They cleaned out my kitchen sewer drain, replaced the drain pipe that Alan Roppel of A.E.R. SERVICES installed using a combination of plumbing and heating pipes spilling kitchen sink water all over my furnace room and crawl space. They replaced the outside faucet and inside plumbing leading to the outside faucet with a freeze proof rubber turn."
