"I have relied on Ron to fix/repair many issues with my home. He found the source of a sneaky roof leak and redid all the flashing around my fireplace chimney (which another contractor did poorly the first time), repaired a crack in the chimney cap and redid the grouting in the stack. He completely remodeled my bathroom, which required demolition out to the 2x4's, removal of rotted subfloor, mold/mildew mitigation, laying custom tile and wall treatments, plumbing, and the creative solution for many, many problems he discovered along the way. Recently, he repaired a section of my roof that took some damage from a fallen tree. I've also relied on him for many smaller "honey-do" projects. He is a dream to work with, always professional, leaving the worksite cleaner than when he found it, and communicating his ideas clearly with no suprises.
