"We purchased the Angie's List deal for 2 hours of shower/tub re-caulking.  Myriad was able to accommodate our request for scheduling, and were very responsive.  We were advised that we would have to provide all materials (caulk/silicone) but that the handyman would have other tools needed for removal/application.  On the day of, the gentleman from Myriad arrived in his personal vehicle which confused us for a moment .  I don't normally open the door for strangers who aren't expected.  A quick call from the handyman prior to arrival, to let us know that he was from Myriad and what vehicle he'd be driving would have prevented this, but no big deal.  He got right to work removing all the old caulk, which took more than half the time.  He was able to finish the job in the 2-hours, but it was tight!  Cosmetically I would say that it isn't the neatest caulk job I've ever seen, but it will do the job and looks so much better than it did.  For the price, we are very satisfied with what we received - thus the A rating.  All we have to do now is a little cleaning up, and maybe touching up a few spots that have shrunk back.  I would definitely use Myriad again for this service.

Just a few days after buying a new home, a torrential downpour overwhelmed a storm drain and rainwater entered my basement through the basement door, soaking the carpet. I called PuroClean and spoke with Lauren just before 10am. By noon, Erickson was at the house assessing the damage. He provided a recommendation and an estimate. By 2pm, Zach arrived to start the job. He pulled up the water damaged carpet, making sure to do the cuts in the straightest and cleanest line possible so adding new carpet back would be less difficult, and two pieces of baseboard. He also humored my overly excited 6-year old daughter who was eager to watch him work. I was impressed by how courteous everyone was and how they appeared to work as a team unit. They were courteous, responsive, and did a great job. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I will call PuroClean."

"It went ok. This was scheduled to be a 3 day job, he was done in a day and a half (he cancelled one day, left early the other). The wainscoting install was very good, we are very pleased with his work on that. The paint job was obviously rushed. Part of this is on me, because I apparently did not follow up as well as I should have. But the upstairs bedroom needed a second coat, and I am still finding areas where they just didn't paint, like behind the closet doors. Inside the closet, the entire closet needed a second coat. Also, part of the wire shelf in that closet was pulled out from the wall, I wish they had told me about that when they saw it. I really think they should have taken the additional day that I lost, just for finishing touches. What they did paint for the most part looks fine, but we are spending time on our weekends finishing up their job. I clicked the box that said I would not hire them again, but I am not sure if I would or not. I think if I do, I will just have to pay very close attention, but again, that's not what I am looking for when I hire a professional to do a job."
