"The pilot on my water heater would not light. I explained this to Jeff and he was honest about fixing verses getting a new water heater. Jeff provided expectional customer service. The job was done right and he explained the work being done. Jeff also pointed out work that the Water Department needs to do for free. Overall, the pricing to replace my water heater was very reasonable and if I could give Jeff and Water Heaters In a Hurry, ten stars, I would."

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."
