"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Called Sam on Friday for quote for water heater replacement. Said he could do Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Received call Monday morning to see if he could come on over to do replacement, what a pleasant surprise! Sam arrived shortly after with water heater we discussed & all supplies needed , no running around to pickup stuff. Job completed in timely manner. Old unit hauled off and job site all cleaned.
