"We hired Matt to renovate two full bathrooms, including our master which was a major undertaking as it involved removing a wall and moving plumbing around. He also handled some other projects around our house. Matt was the last contractor we met with after meeting with 10 others and we are SO happy we chose him. He is honest, professional, hardworking and very fair. He was always present on our job, showing up regularly to check in on the progress, always reachable when I had questions and made sure to address any concerns that came up throughout the process. His team is also wonderful, always showing up on time and very respectful while they worked in our home. I know from experience how nerve-racking it can be to hire a new contractor and Matt really made it easy to build the trust that you need in that relationship. We will definitely hire him for future home projects. There is no one else we'd rather work with!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Charlie quickly contacted us after our online purchase and set up a date to meet at our house.  He was right on time and had plenty of literature and material samples available for ideas and discussion.  We went to our Master Bathroom and discussed ways to update it since no significant changes had been made since the house was built in 1990.  The consultation helped us start off this project right, because, while we knew the bathroom needed renovation, we did not have the experience to see what types of changes or updates were doable and/or cost-effective.  
Overall, the consultation was great value for the money and Charlie did a thorough job, showing alternatives to improve all areas of the bathroom.  It broadened our understanding of the options available for this renovation, preparing us to properly evaluate the multiple proposals/quotes we requested for the project.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Only one of us was home and it wasn't me, so I don't know how well it went, but after they left I noticed they had stepped off of the rafters in the attic and cracked the ceiling in the room below the air conditioner and did not mention that to the person who was here, but just left.  Now, it's our word against theirs and we will have to pay to fix it."

"After a successful project in December / January, we gave Halo another call to come back and do some additional work in our downstairs kitchen.  They responded quickly, as usual.  After receiving a favorable estimate on the project, James got right to work and knocked the project out right away.  We hired Halo to re-sheetrock our kitchen after we had to tear down the original sheetrock ourselves due to a problem with water coming into the house from strong rains.  We took the opportunity to have the ceiling in that room smoothed out as well.  Now that's one less room of popcorn ceilings!
James knocked out the work in a couple of days, and even offered some friendly advice so that I could complete some of my other projects on my own.  It's great to work with a company that takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and cleans up the mess that home renovations always seem to cause.
