The city was called, they fixed their part, and then charged Narrow Path for the damage! The two gentlemen who did the work stayed around 10 hours to ensure we had water when they left. They came back the next day to clean up a few remaining items. The guys always took their shoes off going in and out of our house and they kept me updated the whole time. I'm certain Narrow Path lost money on my job but they did not change the price or hint that they would despite how poorly things went. I will always call these guys for plumbing. I can't find anyone as reliable or reasonable in Springfield and he's willing to come up from Xenia. It's massively appreciated."
