Upon fixing the shower then it was discovered that the hot water heater had a crack in it at the bottom. I was starting to become stressed because I was on a deadline to travel â ¦but Wirenut was excellent and worked with me. Everyone I spoke to like Jessica, Preston, and the answering service were pleasant. Both the techs Travis and Gavin were very polite and friendly. Travis installed the water heater and corrected inspection issue from the county inspector which was minor. I am happy with the service. "I contracted with them for a shower installation in August and told them I was going to be out of town for the entire month of September and was assured the installation could occur then. I was told the installation would take a max of two days. They did not schedule the installation until late October. The crew worked for two days and left with it half finished. They came back a week later and finished the non-glass portion of the installation, but told me it would take one to two weeks to order the door. I had not been told that before. it took three weeks. So I could not use my shower for a total of a month. The door installation leaks around the base. I have made five requests for someone to fix this, with vague promises they will look at their schedule, but no visit has actually been scheduled. The quality of the work looks fine (other than the leak). But I would not have contracted with them had I known I would be without a shower for month or they were going to be nonresponsive for necessary repairs."
