"I called Wright Plumbing and Chris answered the phone. He was courteous and professional. We agreed on a time of service. Justin called to let me know that he was headed our way and should arrive in 30-45 minutes. arrived on time. He already had his shoes off at the door and wasn't even asked to do so. We were happy to see the courtesy. He assessed the situation. He asked if there was a drain access. We were not aware of one. He found it by flushing the toilet and running water in the tub. He was happy to see it was a large iron pipe and used a large snake to clean it out. He asked if we wanted to use the camera. We opted not to since it worked just fine after cleaning. This drain has not been cleaned in at least 30 or more years since we have never done it. All is well and no gurgling."

"He was here for like 6 or 7 hours, my front yard was under water and it was freezing outside. He had to go get extra parts which he didn’t have on the truck and he never acted aggravated. He fixed everything and cleaned it up. I was very pleased. You know when you’re freaking out because you got this busted pipe and its freezing. My neighbor came over and knocked on my door and said that I just shut your main waterline off because your front yard’s flooding. I couldn’t shower, I couldn’t brush my teeth and I couldn’t do anything, it was freezing cold and this guy did a really good job. He did the job with a smile on his face so I couldn’t fault him for anything. I used him again but it was a pretty thing major, I had to get some parts replaced in my toilet seat. Our neighbor needed the plumber and I gave her the number too and when he got to the house she said I already fixed it. She also offered him some gas money and he disagreed to take that. I have already recommended him."

"Had to locate the leak by searching the yard thru several inches of water.  After finding the leak, it was located an inch inside the slab line and they were able to chisel some of the slab in order to fix the leaking pipe.  It took several hours but I have had no problem since job was completed and this was about a year ago. <br />"

However, he informed me that the manager (Jimmy) has the necessary equipment to handle my blockage. Jimmy arrived 2 hours later, after working on a rental property drain system. He had to get on my roof to unclog my drain. This was NOT covered in my Home Warranty meaning I had to pay out of pocket. Long story short, not only was Jimmy was able to unclog my drain, he also vacuumed sewage back flow in my guest bathroom floor, clean my tub and toilet. Jimmy was able to do what other plumbers do; unclog my drain. Will use them again."
