Heath gave me a very reasonable estimate for getting the work done (including the new door), and let me know it would be a couple of weeks for them to get to it, as they had a couple other jobs that needed to be completed first. He worked with me prior to that to figure out what kind of door I wanted, and the color I wanted it painted. So the door had been purchased and painted and was ready for installation by the time they came to do the job. The job was completed and came out just as I'd hoped, and the end cost of the job was exactly what Heath had given me as an estimate. I have been looking for a competent, trustworthy handyman/carpenter, and Heath fits the bill. I anticipate calling him again in the future for other handyman and carpentry jobs."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."
