The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. He is a licensed professional plumber who will get a plumbing permit if the type of plumbing repairs or installation requires a permit and you want to pay the small cost of the permit to have the work inspected. He installed a new hot water heater and did a quality installation that didn't have any problems passing the city of Fairfield plumbing inspection department. Salvador VilIalpando is the owner and he does his own work. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company if you need a quality plumbing repair or installation."

"We chose BeastBay Plumbing for a complete home repipe after meeting with several companies. Ron Buris and Jovon were professional and promised great service, which is why we hired them. I requested the work be permitted. The crew worked hard, but cleanup could have been better. Unfortunately, the day after the job was completed, a newly installed pipe behind our chimney leaked, soaking our brick fireplace. They repaired it, but it leaked again a couple of days later, causing more water damage. We had to shut off our water and went without water until Monday because no technician was available Sunday. I was told someone would bring fans to dry the area, but no one came, so I rented them myself. The city later failed the inspection, requiring additional corrections. We paid quite a bit for this project. After final payment, communication became very poor. I expected better follow-up and accountability for a job of this size."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"
