I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. I am confident my house will be cool this summer, that's all that counts, right? Even though Huft didn't do my repair, they showed professionalism with helping me come up with the right solution and help me safe money in the process."

Turned out a pipe was broken under the house. Zachary wanted an additional $500.00 to fix the broken pipe he missed. His personality changed when I asked him to lower the price. It was a PVC drainage pipe that needed to be replaced and the joints glued. I had to get another plumber. Zachary turned nasty, turned around, and walked away mad. He should have looked at the whole job and tested the washer after he was done. Fixing the pipes involved."
