"I had a great experience working with Jerry Beeler. Wind had damaged my chimney cap during Hurricane Florence allowing water to enter the chimney. I contacted Jerry on a Thursday - he was out at my house to take a look at the damage on a Friday - and then the work was completed on a Sunday. Considering the high workload all contractors were likely dealing with after the hurricane I was very happy with how quickly I was helped. I was also very happy with the communication Jerry provided me along the way. He called & texted to keep me updated, and even texted me before and after pictures of the chimney cap so I did not need to get on the roof to inspect the work. It is also worth noting that I asked Jerry several times if it would be best to replace the entire chimney cap instead of repairing my current one (which would have been more income for him). He insisted that he could repair my current cap which saved me about $700."

"I bought a Big Deal coupon for three hours of handyman service. I needed a couple of bathroom faucets replaced, a leaking kitchen tap repaired and some door bottoms adjusted. A guy named BJ came to do the work, and he did the work with more muscle than mastery. The worst was the kitchen tap, which was torn up and very hard to swivel after the repair. I was glad to see BJ go. 
I called Manny and explained the situation. He came over himself to replace the whole faucet unit in the kitchen with a new one we'd bought. The work took hours but he did it well and with a smile and free of charge. He explained that BJ was with his company very briefly and no longer works for him. (BJ now has his own company listed on Angie's List.)
I plan to hire Manny again this month.
