Another representative stopped by about an hour into the project to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we didn't have any concerns or additional needs. "I had originally sent Albert's Paint an email to request an appointment for an estimate along with 2 other companies. I ended up calling to get the estimate scheduled. The estimate that was given was well below that of the other two companies. This would normally be a red flag if it weren't for the fact that they had several good reviews on Angie's List. A relative was there while the work was bing done. Initially there was a little confusion about what was to be done. The contractors were told the Master bedroom, but I wanted to have the wall paper removed and the walls painted in my kitchen and bathroom along with the hallway ceiling. I had kept a copy of the itemized estimate and had my relative show them the sheet. Overall they did a really good job. You can't tell that the walls had to be heavily spackled. When moving the refrigerator, they accidentally put a small tear in my vinyl floor. I left them a message that night and they were out the next day to repair it.

"The painter completed the application of paint on the walls of a bedroom as hired to do.  He did an excellent job- very fast, clean and impressived results.  The only negative about the service was that there was a long period (two months) where we called the company to set up the appointment for the work, and they were slow responding.  We dealt with several different people from the company, by telephone, in trying to get the work scheduled.  The last man that we talked to was very professional and the process moved very smoothly once he took over.
