"I received a call from Lizette within a fairly short period of time. I explained our trouble areas not knowing if the issues could be resolved with just a repair or if the gutters needed replacing. She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. Because I felt the quote was reasonable for replacing the whole system, and we did have rust issues in areas that weren't leaking yet, we decided to replace all our gutters. "We used them before and were happy to know they would do the SMALL jobs. However after contacting them again and asking for a quote on this 1 to 2 hour chore we were quoted in the $800s and when we asked why so much they discounted to the $600s. WOW, we are seniors and realized we needed help getting that board up a ladder and nailed in place BUT we cannot afford that amount. That comes to about $300 an hour - I don't think doctors and surgeons make that amount per hour. So DISAPPOINTED in them! Small jobs for BIG prices."
