They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."
