When I spoke to Mark on the phone I suggested an appointment for the following day but he explained to me that repairing small cracks as soon as possible was preferable to waiting even one day to prevent them from becoming larger Due to our schedule we could not be home until around 5:30 pm but Mark said he was willing to coming out at that time and met us at our home as promised. In a short time he had repaired the area to the point where the cracks were not even visible and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.
