"Water Works and Dan in particular were great. Preventively fixed my leaking faucet, and aesthetically he did a better job than what we had. He also pointed out other potential issues that i had not been aware of. He didnt didnt hard sell via scare tactics, but spoke to me intelligently and was sincerely looking out for our best interest. I will hire them again for future plumbing work. Thanks To homeadvisor.com and water works for their great work. I'm truly thankful."

"I hired RRV for removal of a hot water heater and installation of a new heater. Roberto was professional and gave a reasonable price. He picked up the new heater at Homedepot and took the old one, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Upon completion of the job, Roberto called numerous times to make sure all was well and also came on a Sunday night upon being informed something was wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"I utilized Flo techs, many years ago. They serviced my old hot water heater. They were able to solve the problem at the time. I called them recently for a free estimate. The company does not seem to offer this service any longer."

"We couldn't finish the tub trim because the tub had to be re-glazed. Mo (the plumber extraordinaire) came back Sunday at 5:00 and installed the shower trim. He was always prompt, professional, and he made everything fit and work. Cross County was a tight run ship. You have Lisa at the home front making calls, responding to calls, and scheduling dates at my convenience and I would definitely recommend them. I think Mo is an excellent plumber, he is great and he makes the company. He is a great communicator and solves problems effectively."

"Heater was making a knocking sound and of course it was the holiday season. Braido came out right away and found a fan part needed replacement. The parts vendor was closed but they came out the next available day and had everything running smooth."
