He picked up the new heater at Homedepot and took the old one, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. "The plumber who was sent out was on-time and efficient in diagnosing and repairing two minor issues. Cost was reasonable for the work done. However, the main office seemed to disregard what I had described to them over the phone and the photos I sent -- the plumber was expecting a leaking sink, when the issue was a leaking toilet valve and a sink missing a tail piece. The main office does get bonus points for contacting my management company (condo!) to coordinate a shutdown of water to my apartment line to facilitate the repairs, even though this proved unnecessary. Overall would recommend and would use again without hesitation."
