"I am so glad I went with Paradigm. Everything was efficient and seamless - from the call into the company (Andy), to the estimate (Bob), to the actual work done (Ross and crew). Bob came out to review the job within days of me contacting the company. He listened to what issues I was having in my basement and explained his recommendations to fix the issues. He didn't try to oversell services which was refreshing. Numerous other companies had said I needed to install a french drain system and waterproof my ENTIRE basement which was an expensive proposition. Bob said I didn't need to fix what wasn't broken and came in with a reasonable estimate that fixed my issues. Bob was friendly, knowledge and answered all my questions no matter how small. Paradigm was able to schedule the work the week after Bob provided the estimate. Ross (one of the owners) and his crew were just as awesome, thorough and knowledgeable as Bob. Ross was really great and also upfront about some issues he discovered on the job. He offered a better solution instead of just moving forward. He even threw in some extra work in my basement and didn't charge me for it. The quality of the work was great and the crew was courteous, friendly and clean. My basement is dry and now I have a company I trust for any future work. Can't recommend these guys enough!"

"Had gurgling from 2 bathroom sinks. Not knowing if this was a concern, I reached out to Angie's List for quotes from plumbers. The first one to respond was ValDel Plumbing. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

"Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

"I needed some plumbing work done in the house. I had a couple of estimates from some plumbers on fixing the problem. When Billy from Valdel Plumbing stopped by to give me his estimate for work, I was impressed. He gave me a reasonable price and really knew what he was talking about. One of the other plumbers was talking about digging into the cement to fix the problem. I had a slightly leaking drain line inside the house that needed to be fixed. I also needed him to fix some work I had done on the line years ago. Billy assessed the problem and set to work fixing the leak. While he was working on the drain line I also mentioned that I had two other problems. 1. The shutoff valves for the hot and cold water for the washer could not be turned off all the way so he replaced them with a single valve and fixed that problem. 2. I also had a problem that the main water shutoff valve wasnâ t working also so he replaced that valve also. He got everything done while he was there to fix the leaking drain on the same day. Itâ s refreshing that someone can be so flexible and work with the customer to solve their problems. Iâ m totally impressed with Valdel Plumbing and especially the quality of work from Billy. Valdel Plumbing is now my go-to for any plumbing problems I may have in the future."
