The project was done within 5 days, even after being hampered by a delayed inspection and weather. The end results was very satisfactory. Mr. Johnston was personable, and very attentive to question, concerns, or problems. He always made himself available, and acted promptly to any request. Between the time the old shingles were removed and the new ones install, we experience three nights of very heavy rain. After the third night I noticed wet spots and staining on my interior ceiling at several locations. Within a couple days of notifying Mr. Johnston 4 workman arrived at my house to address the problem. They worked several hours and did not leave until there was no visible trace left of any leakage on my ceilings. I would recommend this company for their quality of work and care for customer satisfaction."

If you do your research you'll find that Simonton offers a great product that they really stand behind, however the styling may be a little old and the frame bulkier than the competition. However, look at their ratings in JD power, Consumer Reports magazine, and internet reviews- its virtually bulletproof. However, we were a little disappointed in the salesperson's knowledge of the install process, so even though the price was great we didn't select Supreme Windows in the end. The sales rep was professional and refrained from high-pressure sales tactics. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend.

"Robert Wood is the owner and he came down to talk with me and do the estimate. We communicated with each other and he was very detailed about the different qualities and the different approaches to installing a roof and that sort of thing. He followed up when the roof was put on and was actually there a couple of times. I saw him on the roof supervising the crew. He made sure that I was satisfied. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I really don't have any complaints. As far as roofers go he was very professional; I can't imagine anybody being more professional. There was a lot of competition, I had a couple of other people I looked at and at the end of the day they came back and reduced their prices a little. He was not the least expensive, but I believe I got what I paid for. The price may have been about $200 to $500 on a $13,000 roof.  "

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!
