If you do your research you'll find that Simonton offers a great product that they really stand behind, however the styling may be a little old and the frame bulkier than the competition. However, look at their ratings in JD power, Consumer Reports magazine, and internet reviews- its virtually bulletproof. However, we were a little disappointed in the salesperson's knowledge of the install process, so even though the price was great we didn't select Supreme Windows in the end. The sales rep was professional and refrained from high-pressure sales tactics. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend.

"V & C was very courteous on the phone and in person.  They did an excellent job of making sure that everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction.  They arrived when they said they would and finished in a very timely.  They completed several minor repairs as well as removing  totally useless gutter covers I had installed many years ago.  I will happily hire them again!"

"Robert Wood is the owner and he came down to talk with me and do the estimate. We communicated with each other and he was very detailed about the different qualities and the different approaches to installing a roof and that sort of thing. He followed up when the roof was put on and was actually there a couple of times. I saw him on the roof supervising the crew. He made sure that I was satisfied. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I really don't have any complaints. As far as roofers go he was very professional; I can't imagine anybody being more professional. There was a lot of competition, I had a couple of other people I looked at and at the end of the day they came back and reduced their prices a little. He was not the least expensive, but I believe I got what I paid for. The price may have been about $200 to $500 on a $13,000 roof.  "

"Overall an okay experience.  Professional, timely, and easy to get in touch with.  However, installers left a 2x2 cm hole in my drywall near the upper left corner of the door frame. Instead of patching it up with plaster they injected a white caulk into the hole (my walls aren't white).  I'm going to have to repair that on my own dime (easy fix...however I wish they had taken the 10 seconds to patch it correctly)  In addition, the door frame came unpainted (only had a white primer on it) and I was told by the installers that I needed to paint it myself.  Really?  I'm pretty sure that wasn't explained to me by the salesman.   Also an easy fix...however given the price I'd expect the frame to come pre-painted.  
Overall (besides the minor details above) the door looks and works great."
