"I needed alot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future."

"I’m Very happy with my newly renovated rooms done by Greg and his crew, Master bedroom with an en-suite and a 2nd bedroom, both with walk-in closets , The whole crew were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole job. I know that Reno jobs always have the unexpected and hidden problems. But Greg and Greg’s crew never overreacted. They always may me feel relaxed and that it was “No Problem”. “Construction without stress, who would of thought that possible!” I give them a 10"

"LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."

"I had the pleasure of working with Dave for my kitchen renovation. From start to finish, their attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly remarkable. The contractor displayed excellent communication skills, always keeping me informed about the progress and any changes that needed to be made. Not only did they complete the project on time, but they also exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. Every aspect of the kitchen, from the countertops to the cabinetry, was flawlessly executed. Additionally, Dave was highly professional and respectful throughout the entire process. They were always punctual and ensured that the work area was clean and organized at the end of each day. It was a pleasure having them in my home."

"We needed floor, ceiling and walls repaired on 1st and 2nd floor of our house. We've worked with Nunez Construction in the past and knew they could be trusted. Efren was able to come out to give an estimate and begin work within days of the water restoration service giving the all clear. His team came in, provided professional service and within a few days the repairs were finished. The end results were amazing, the new flooring on the second floor looks great and our ceiling and walls look as good as new. I look forward to working with Nunez Construction on future projects and would recommend them to anyone needing general contracting work done."

"After seeing his work on a neighbor's home, I interviewed and hired Jakob for a major home renovation involving new kitchen, new bathroom, creating open layout by using several hidden beams, new siding and more. His price was competitive and fair. His amazing team works so hard and satisfy every request possible. Jakob is on top of the project and knows what's going on at every moment. His presence and attention to detail makes sure everything gets done correctly. He really looks out for the customer, and I'll be using his services again."

"Robert is by far the best general contractor that I have met. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole project which was a difficult one. Robert and his crew were able to deliver quality work despite difficult nature of the project and the end result was a beautiful bedroom .The service and attention to details was outstanding. Robert was very professional as well as personable and the quality of the work was outstanding. My wife and I are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company to all."

"After having used many contractors and have done many projects on my home I can honestly say Homecraft was the best company I have worked with. They built an extension with a master bath and I could not be happier, it came out great. The workmanship was superb and the workers so very considerate and they all treated my house as if it was their own. From help designing and picking out materials to the job itself what a pleasure. I highly recommend them."

"The team at Metropolitan did an absolutely beautiful GUT renovation on our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom co-op on the upper east side. They completed our renovation with an outstanding level of quality at a very fast pace (approximately 4.5 months for a FULL gut renovation to the beams). The customer service, responsiveness, reliability and quality of craftsmanship made what can be a generally overwhelming experience smooth and easy. Highly recommended."
