"The gentleman who did the original estimate was very personable and honest with what was to be done. He is good at what he does, and is an asset to Window World. The owner, Bill, then came out to finalize the estimate, and was able to save me more money by narrowing down what was to be actually accomplished. The two installers that came to do the job were very courteous, and apparently had a lot of experience doing window replacements. I was told they would be done by the end of the work day. They showed up at around 9:30 in the morning, and to my surprise, were finished by about 12:30. They made the installation look like a piece of cake. They did a very nice job finishing the inside framing the way I wanted it, and the outside looked very good as well. I am very happy with the job they did, and would certainly hire Window World again."

"The gentleman arrived on time, and had a bit of trouble understanding me due to a language barrier but eventually understood which ones to rescreen.  He left with them, and came back about 2 hours later.  He installed them, it was fine but about a month later the tubing has started to come out of three of the windows.  Suspect I'll have to have this done again by the time spring rolls around. <br />"

"we had asked that work not be done the week before our daughter's college graduation.  They called the weekend before and said a rooking crew was available and could do the work on Monday if we wanted to go ahead.  we said OK.  then it rained and they worked on Tuesday and then into Wednesday to finish.  the roofing crews did not always dump debris onto tarps, did not properly address an issue at the chimney leaving a gap above the facia (even though I had pointed out this condition during a walk thru for the bid), and, in my opinion, bent the gutters in two places.  When they fixed the roof at the chimney, they said they must have had some bad caulking because the first hot day after it ran down the side of the chimney in a black gooey mess.  They then had to come back again and clean the chimney and re-fix the problem. <br /> The guy installing the bathroom vent duct  through the attic installed the wye backwards. <br /> The siding crew replaced the moldy HardiPlank and trim.  They pointed out several other bad soffit locations that were not in the original scope and those were fixed by change order.  I had to have them come back and fix several sloppy joint locations, caulk places that had missed and fix other locations where the HardiPlank was installed against roofing but had not yet begun to deteriorate.  During the work on first return they tore a hole in the bedroom screen and we had to have them come back and take the screen off and have it replaced.  In general, their attention to detail and level of craftsmanship was not nearly as good as the work they had done in 2004.  They did eventually fix everything we asked for.  Next time I will look for someone better. <br />"

"These guys did my tear-off and re-roof exactly like I wanted it done.  I had several upgrades included in my price, such as 6' Ft of Ice and Water-shield, they introduced me to a synthetic felt versus traditional, installed roof cap vent sand a solar attic fan, gave me shingles rated for hurricane zones, new 3/4" plywood sheathing on garage roof.  This job took them two days and 18 people but they did it fast, correct, and clean......I have no complaints about their staff or there work......Great job. <br /> Mark <br />"
