I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. To change outdoor faucet, the total bill was $386.00 plus small charged to us my credit card which brought to $411.00. I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment. "
