"They did a pretty good job but they couldn’t make the assigned show up time due to vehicle mechanical issues. We then agreed on a 1:00 time instead so I went out to take care of other things. I get a text from them about 12:15 saying they were there and waiting for me. They did a good job and were very thorough. My stuff looks nearly brand new (recliner, love seat and sofa plus queen mattress.) I would hire them again"

Jason listened to our ideas, added insight based on his years or experience, and then executed our plan to perfection. Watching Jason work is like watching a fine craftsman plying his trade. Over the years I've had numerous occasions to watch tile setters knock out a job...bing bam, their out the door and what you get is what you get...good, bad, or indifferent. It's just another job. Not so with Jason. Watching the manner in which Jason performs his work, it's obvious the man takes pride in what he does. Everything has to be "just so". In this day and age, it's increasingly rare to find a craftsman who takes pride in his work. Jason is DEFINITELY one of those."

"Floor Fathers asked for pictures before the appointment so sample tiles and trim could be on hand during the initial appointment. The representative (TJ) was very professional during our initial discussion and provided several options available to us. The installed was on time and did a great job installing the tile and, just as important, he cleaned the job site very well. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs and, as a matter of fact, I did!"

"Went great, Paul had previously steam cleaned the tile and steam cleaned interior sofas. I already left a review for the first job, and this is for the 2nd job which made the old tile that he had steam cleaned. now looks like a new tile and grout. I left this positive review the other day for the wrong company, my error. My work was done twice in 2 different jobs by Paul Etheridge the owner of Surface Experts. "David is one of the best workers I've ever seen. He shows up exactly when he says he will, stays for about 2.5 hours (for a 1700 square foot house), and promptly leaves. He never breaks anything, and he puts everything back where he found it (but he also moves stuff to clean around it). He once hired a few people to work for him, but after a very brief trial, found they weren't up to snuff and let them go. When I asked him why, he said only the best, most thorough, most prompt and professional people could work for him. So, now he does all the cleaning himself. He is prompt, pleasant, courteous, thorough, detail oriented, and personable. When I moved, it was a major factor to move into an area that he still would still service, if that tells you anything. He's also never missed a service in all the years he's cleaned my house. Thanks, David! You rock!

"They were quick to get back to me on the phone with a quote, were competitively priced, arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning. Only took 1 person for our 2,500 sqft home, so not a lot of people in my house, which i appreciated. Some pet urine stains could not be completely removed, but this is as expected if you do the research online and not the fault of the cleaner. Still looked and smelled better than before. They even left some spot carpet cleaner samples that I've since used several times since. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend and use them again!"
