After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"My electric wall double oven shut down. When the service man arrived, he explained $55 appointment charge would be the only charge if I didn't want him to do the work. Then he estimated the cost $280 if he could fix the problem -computer chip to correct temp. If that didn't work, then it would cost me another $250 for an additional chip. If he couldn't fix it, then it would cost me only the $55. He said he had it on the truck. He fixed it with the first problem! Yeh! Excellent and on time. The only issue was I was told I would be called 20 minutes before they come. When I didn't get a call, I called the exchange and was cut off TWICE or put on hold. Then my door bell rang and the men were here. So it is the office or exchange that need improving."
