The price listed for approximate cost of service does not include the labor and parts for replacing destroyed duct work above the kitchen. "I called Tilden and received courteous service. They told me when they opened in the mornings and to bring the vehicle in the next day. They told me they would call me before they would proceed with the work, which they did! We dropped the vehicle off on my husband's way to work and picked it up at 4 p.m. the same day! No surprises. It was ready and at the price they had told me on the phone when they had called me earlier.
