Older leak above apparently resulted in some mold growth between top floor and ceiling, so they had to tear it open, test, spray anti-microbial, then patch with drywall, texture, paint. Nice guys, and would recommend."

"We called Restoration 1 of Fort Worth to come out and take a look at some water damage that had come from our Air Conditioning Unit. The coils had frozen, and when they thawed, water leaked onto our ceiling. Robert came out to assess the situation and showed us what was wet and what needed to be done, and helped us realize that this was not a situation to file an insurance claim. He gave us a price and even though it took a little longer than he expected to dry us out, he stuck to his original quote. He also realized what the problem was that actually caused the leak (our condensate line had been knocked loose, resulting in the water coming into our home) making sure we did not have the same problem occur again.
