"Geremi is as good as gold. Fair pricing, sensitive to my tenants, meticulously clean if he needed to work inside the house, covered everything with plastic. We had a major plumbing fail of old pipes, causing a lake under the house. He replaced the original 1950s piping that was leaking heavily, and it was a lot of work, but he brought a big crew to get it done quickly so it did not inconvenience my tenants. We'll soon have him back to replace the rest of the old sewage pipes before they leak. My tenants really liked Geremi, and his ratings were excellent. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and I will hire him again, very soon, to complete the overhaul."

He was on time for my appointment, checked the scope of his work, (which I liked a lot for being a planner for his task instead jumping in right away without checking first). On the lighter note, DO NOT judge the book by its cover, his truck/van may not be fancy with logos and painting on the side of his vehicle but you will not regret having him as your Go-to person for any of plumbing related works around your place. I knew that my house was in need of a re-piped for quite awhile, but i had been putting it off in fear of how expensive it would be. "Giovanni was very professional, arrived on time, and kept in contact by phone and message about arrivals, needed equipment, and expected work. He was careful to explain what needed to be done and why and approached work with a positive attitude. The job involved replacing some valves on an exterior faucet set on copper pipes. Afterward, he noticed that the house water pressure was high and found that the regulator was not working so I had him replace that.
