"We hired Millennium Specialties to paint the exterior of our house and shed. They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. "When John came to the house, one of the rollers coincidentally broke apart. John advised that because of the weight of the 16 foot wood door, I needed heavy duty steel wheel rollers that he did not have on hand (rather than plastic wheel rollers) and rescheduled to install them. He came back and installed the rollers, tightened and lubricated the hinges and advised on general maintenance."

"They did a nice a job but I felt like they were overpriced. They added some decking to make a privacy wall. They installed wood slats with lattice across the top. They also installed decorative fencing along the sides of the house. I felt this was a bait and switch deal as they charged $60/hr per worker. The quality of the work was nice, however."
