Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. I was impressed by how quickly they worked through the project, they completely cleaned up any mess they had made, and my front yard looks fabulous! You pay monthly for all weeks out of the year, so even if it snows, you have to pay for them to come out, but, from what I understand, they still will clean up the leaves and all that kind of stuff. They were very punctual, listened to what I was requesting, and if I had an issue, their follow-up was prompt and it was taken care of. They come every Thursday."

"We couldn’t be happier with the sprinkler system that R&R Northwest put in our yard. They did a complete sprinkler system plus drip lines in both the front yard and backyard. Our yard was very difficult to dig the lines (a lot of rocks and roots), but they got the job done. They also fixed a paver walkway that we had as well as added river rock around our patio. They made sure every plant in our yard had water going to it. They were so easy to work with. Any questions or concerns we had, they were able to answer and take care of. R&R Northwest went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we wanted. They gave us an estimate quickly and were able to start the job just a couple days later.
