"So north by northwest came highly recommended by a good friend of ours as we just purchased our home and we new it needed some extensive electrical work, ie new panel, open grounds fixed, we had multiple companies come out and give us the rundown, we went with north by northwest, upon us giving them all the issues and inspections we were very transparent and clear as to what we needed and safety concerns that we wanted addressed, I was VERY clear I wanted the house safe for my wife and children ,we were told they would be take care of, in the paperwork and verbally, they come and start the work and have still not done as they have stated they would do, I understand things come up and need to be addressed but here we are going back and forth and trying to get more estimates and quotes and the house is still not done, I am a cut and dry kind of man where honesty and integrity mean everything to me and when I say I am going to do something I do it. "This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly .
