Nothing was done and about 50% was done of what they were paid to do. We are trusting people and paid in full as we were assured they would be back to finish and clean up and fix the damages. No. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and certainly not trustworthy. His excuse now after letting time run out with the BBB is that we wouldnâ t pay in full if it wasnâ t correct. We were scammed by this complany. He now acts like and actually said we are trying to swindle money from him. That couldnâ t be further from the truth. All weâ ve asked is for him to do what he says. Itâ s a shame that people and companies like this exist. His attitude on the job site is beyond rude and unprofessional. He would barge into our home with out knocking to the point my wife was uncomfortable being home when he was there. Protect your friends and family from this awful company."

"I don't know much about hiring a plumber, and my ignorance cost me a lot of extra money because of them. For a simple toilet tank rebuild, with all parts provided by me, an hours worth of work, I was estimated at 570 dollars. It's on me for not realizing when I signed the dotted line that I got ripped off, retrospect is 20/20, but I cannot believe that they are willing to take advantage of people to this degree. After further research, other plumbers, bonded and insured or not, charge anywhere from 120 to 350 at most for the job I described above. At the end of the day, it's on me for being a sucker, but I know now not to trust Angi's approval rating before moving forward. The ONLY reason I am not giving them a one star: The actual plumber who did the work (Jared) did a fantastic job and was incredibly nice and professional. The operations manager who I spoke with (Brayden), although I don't believe most of what he told me, did end up giving me a slight discount (15%). "

"We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."
