Jon was very kind about not laughing at me when I freaked out about a cache of dead stinkbugs, and he took the extra step of getting his shopvac to suck up all the bodies. The lamps are a little complicated, and Jon made sure I knew all the steps I would need to take to change a lightbulb. CW Electrical Services has been my go-to company since I moved into my house in 2011. They have wonderful customer service, short (or non-existent) wait times for appointments, and every technician I have met has been both top-notch with their knowledge and skill as well as personable and professional."

"It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric."

"To start off, he didn?t even want to come out to see the bathroom before he started the job. I requested that he come out first to see everything because I really wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very thorough, even provided drawings and he kept assuring me that he could do what I had envisioned. My husband, who is in the trade, kept telling me to instruct them to do certain things that they were going to overlook. The tile work was not done as I had wanted. I asked for a very small grout line, asked them if they were experience in tile walls, they said they were, yet they would do things that I didn?t ask for and wouldn?t consult me first before they did it. I asked him if he could seal the grout and instead of doing it, he gave me a spray can and told me that I could just spray it on the wall and wipe it off and that?s all I need to do once a year. So then I had to take extra time to do something that I thought I was already paying for. Also, their way of fixing things would be to just caulk over cracks until you couldn?t see them anymore instead of actually repairing the cracks. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that every time they had to come back out to fix their mistakes, I would get charged for them. I ended up getting billed $5000 more than what I had initially paid and now my husband and son have to re-do the whole thing."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Estimator Chris was very prompt in returning my call, arrived on time and provided estimate promptly.  Walked the roof which I appreciated as there was some question as to whether the plywood underlay might be damaged, and could substantially affect the price.  Started the job faster than I anticipated (a good thing!).  It took nearly 3 weeks to complete (as expected) with the same 4 guys usually there every day (again, a fairly complex residential roof).  Crew was efficient and courteous. Supervisor was professional and responsive to my questions.  Chris checked in regularly, either in person or via text, and responded quickly to all questions.  Clean up was thorough.  Their estimate was not the lowest I received but it was in the ballpark and Angie's List rating was strong. Overall this was a high quality job and I would definitely recommend them.
