"They replaced the door and repaired the entry way on my upstairs deck. Sounds like an easy job, but my house is over 100 years old and the door is on the "weather" side of the house. I've used Mr. Handyman before and they always have a solution to the tricky problems that come with older homes. They are professional and clean up after the job."

"Alex was very professional. He called when he was on his way to let us know what his ETA was and was with in the window of time that we were provided. When Alex arrived he was wearing a mask and was prepared to put on shoe covers so as not to track in any dirt. When he looked at our dishwasher he explained what was causing the grinding noise and that the part and labor would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher and with the age of our dishwasher (21+ years) that a new one would most likely end of saving us money. Even though he was not going to do any repairs Alex still helped us siphon the water that had to drained out of the dishwasher when we had last tried to run and had the issue we had called on. I liked that he was honest about the fact that they could do the work but that a new dishwasher would be the most cost effect solution for us as the client. If we have any appliance issues in the future I will definitely contact Appliance Force to see if it is an appliance that they service. Thank you for the quick turn around."
