"I have a frost-free Whirlpool refrigerator that had frost build-up. Boris tested the heating element and transfer cable which both were functional. The issue was a control board that failed. He ordered the part and returned two days later to install new parts. Boris was cordial and professional in his work. I offered to pay him for his first day of diagnosis but he told me he would collect after the job was completed. I will use him in the future for all appliance repairs. I very happy to have selected his services."

"Andy is extremely knowledgeable with the whirlpool washing machine I own. He knew instantly what the issue was and replaced the dogs on the agitator and the harness switch on the lid. He also ran all cycles of load sizes to make sure the agitator worked and the spin cycle kicked on at each level before leaving. Andy was in and out within an hour or so. Very nice man. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will most certainly be relying on him to repair all my appliances from now on."
