"The entire experience was great. Scott (the owner) came out to do the bid on a Sunday which was very helpful. During that time (before we agreed on the contract) he provided several tips and suggestions as I was rebuilding the deck. He returned to the job site twice before the installation to ensure all was going well and to answer any questions we had on preparing the surface for Duradek install. While other vendors said the install would take up to 3 days, Scott's crew came and completed the work in a single day. The final product is looks great and more importantly the craftsmanship is solid. We love our new deck and were very happy with all aspects of Waterproof Deck Co."

I would add that it would be a good idea that you let your neighbors know if you're going to have this done. There is a good chance of over spray with water and possibly some dirt, as was the case with us. Rich gladly rinsed off any dirt that landed on our neighbors property. He is a good person and I highly recommend him."
