"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Excellent service. Micheal came right on time, discover the problem and had a another service dropped immediately and quickly repaired the unit and explain what was repaired. The price was reasonable but was not offered the 10% discount that I discover later at to your web site. Will using AAA for future appliance repairs."

"Michael was courteous when contacting me with a quick reply. He had the parts needed for my dryer. Schedule an appointment in 2 days. Showed up on time. Fixed dryer issue and switched belt that was starting fray at the same. Had dryer up and running with 35 minutes. Professional and respectful I would call again for appliance repair"

"Umpqua Appliance did appliance installation and repair for me. Seth was honest and reliable. He did a wonderful job."

"At Your Service Repair was extremely responsive and flexible with their service times. They came to our home and fixed our stove quickly, and their pricing was very reasonable. I am grateful that I can fully use my stove again, especially at a fraction of the cost of buying a new one."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"Dylan was great. We only had a very small job for him and when he was done he wanted to check out our other appliance to give us great service for the rate we paid."
